The present invention relates to a healthcare system, a healthcare server, and a healthcare method for providing respiratory therapy information by using air quality information. The healthcare system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an air quality measurement unit which is disposed inside and/or outside a building and transmits air quality information of a specific location corresponding to an area or space where a user is located; a user terminal which transmits user identification information for identifying the user and user location information associated with the specific location where the user is located; and a healthcare server which receives the air quality information, the user identification information, and the user location information, and provides therapy information for treatment of respiratory organs of the user by using analysis information analyzed from the air quality information of the area where the user is located.
