The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented solution for lactic acid bacteria of seaweed and to a fermented solution for lactic acid bacteria prepared according to the present invention, wherein 5 to 10 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria are inoculated with respect to 100 parts by weight of seaweed and fermented for 10 to 20 days. The lactic acid bacteria fermentation broth of the prepared seaweed is an alkaline health food containing various nutrients such as a large amount of amino acids, minerals, calcium, and potassium. In addition, the lactic acid fermentation broth has the advantage of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and preventing browning and spoilage. In addition, the lactic acid bacteria fermentation broth obtained by fermenting seaweeds using lactic acid bacteria familiar to consumers has an effect of contributing to health promotion by imparting the functionality of seaweeds as well as lactic acid bacteria and its substitute products, which are known for various functions.
