The moisture sensor for a humidity sensor of the present invention includes carbon doped with nanometals, so that the physical adsorption and chemical adsorption of hydroxyl groups on the surface is smooth, so that sensitivity, linearity, and reaction speed can be improved, and the electrical resistance of the moisture sensitive film can be lowered. There is an advantage applicable to electronic circuits and the like.
