The present invention relates to a closed-loop electrical spinal cord stimulation system, comprising an epidural electrical spinal cord stimulation electrode, electrical leg stimulation electrodes, a closed-loop electrical stimulator, and a controller. The epidural electrical spinal cord stimulation electrode and the electrical leg stimulation electrodes are separately connected to the closed-loop electrical stimulator; the controller is electrically connected to the closed-loop electrical stimulator; the epidural electrical spinal cord stimulation electrode is used for epidural implantation on the spinal cord of a subject and epidural application of a first electrical stimulation to the spinal cord; each electrical leg stimulation electrode is implanted in a leg of the subject and is used for applying a second electrical stimulation to the leg; the voltage of the first electrical stimulation is 400-600 mV, and the frequency is 10-20 Hz; and the voltage of the second electrical stimulation is 1-1.5 V, and the frequency is 10-20 Hz. The closed-loop electrical spinal cord stimulation system of the present invention can send electrophysiological signals similar to the spinal cord sensory-motor neural circuit to the subject having spinal cord injury, and after closed-loop electrical stimulation, the neural circuit can be activated and reshaped, thereby promoting the recovery of the motor function of lower limbs of the subject.
