PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous metal foil and a method for producing an amorphous metal foil using a rapid solidification technique. An amorphous metal foil having a width of 2 mm to 300 mm, a thickness of less than 20 μm, and a maximum of 50 holes per square meter is provided. [Selection diagram] FIG. 1a
