PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: What is an object that operates the universe? The entire universe rotates around a black hole in the center of the universe. The bubble universe rotates around a large mass of 1011 solar mass black holes, 1010 solar mass black holes, and 109 solar mass black holes. The galaxy revolves around a small mass of 107 solar mass black holes, 106 solar mass black holes, and 105 solar mass black holes. This was described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2016-219755, "Shape of the Universe and Background Radiation," submitted on November 10, 2016. The "radius of the central sphere where the total mass of the black hole gathers" is about 10-8m. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
