4991. Robinson, R. March 16. Clothes racks.-A folding clothes-drying rack or clothes-horse, which is suspended from a mantelpiece or similar structure, is shown in plan in Fig. 1. The rod d on which the clothes are hung is connected to the mantelpiece A by jointed arms b, which pass through swivelling supports a placed underneath the mantelpiece. The device can be folded up as indicated in dotted lines.
