Blotting-paper.-In order that blotting-paper and blotting-pads made therefrom may more perfectly absorb the moisture to which they are applied, the paper is provided with a number of holes or apertures which may be made during the process of manufacture or afterwards, and be arranged in regular order or so as to represent designs, letters, figures, &c. for advertising and other purposes.
