11,689. Bingham, L. J. June 3. Exercising-apparatus.-Relates to an appliance for exercising the fingers of musicians and others. A wrist support a, Fig. 1, which may be fixed at any desired height by the insertion of a pin d in one of the holes e, is fitted with a hinged top b to fold down on the wrist. To the base f is adjustably fitted a piece g, which carries arms k, Fig. 2, bearing vertical tubes l, upon which sliding fingerrests n are adjustably secured by pins o. The arm k corresponding to the finger to be exercised is moved aside to permit of its free motion, while the remaining. fingers rest upon their supports. The apparatus may be used in connexion with the exercising-glove described in Specification No. 26,178, A.D. 1903.
