14,783. Oldfield, J. June 27. Carriage lamps.-An observation mirror, preferably convex, is attached to the side lamp of a motor car. The mirror C is connected to the lamp by a ball-and socket joint which can be clamped in any position by the thumb-nut a5. The mirror can be folded out of the way against the back a' of the lamp and be secured there by the screw B, with the reflecting surface still to the rear.
