The ends f of the levers are weighted and the levers are also urged downwards by springs j connected to the straps d. The ends g are pivoted to slotted boxes h through which pass the guides i. The levers a are connected to the hoisting rope by a rope b. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 21893/03 and 11093/10.
