摘要
446,689. Organs. JONES, R. R., 10, Sydenham Road, Cotham, Bristol, and HIGNETT, S., 27, Ivy Leigh, Tue Brook, Liverpool. Nov. 14, 1934, No. 32748. [Class 88 (ii)] In an electric action for straight or extension organs, the movable contacts of a note key (or pedal) B1, Fig. 7, consist of short strips D, which strips are carried on a longitudinally moved insulating rod A and each bridge a pair of contact wires E1, E2 in one of the sets corresponding to the stops and couplers. The rod A is moved in guides, either directly or through a lever &c. by the key (or pedal) against spring action, adjustment buttons as V1 being provided between the rod and the key, and between the rod and its lower abutment. The strips D may be of cadmiumcopper, or phosphor-bronze, and the rods A of wood. The contacts E1 of a set are connected to the current source I by sliding the bar G of the stop or coupler horizontally, thus carrying projecting wires T against the wires E1, as shown in plan in Fig. 2. Each wire E2 is connected to the magnet of its appropriate pipe and thence to the other pole of the current source I. British Specifications 15461/90, 18803/90, 18073/91, 3602/93, and 8973/96, [all in Class 88], and U.S.A. Specification 1,875,234 are referred to.
