Procedure for the mass production of railway and similar substantially sleepers by overlapping and subsequent compression of layers of fiber cement wet with metal reinforcement are interposed characterized by the fact that compression is exerted on a crosspiece one each time and pressure value is higher than is needed to communicate the said layer stack the final thickness of the crossbeam.
