[Also in Group XV] A device for checking football pool or like results comprises .a sheet or board 1, on which forecast results are entered on one or both faces in columns, and at least one cursor 3 in association which passes completely round the board and on which are entered published results; the cursor being brought into register with a forecast column of results by sliding. Four projections 2 may be provided to keep the cursor on the board. Columns and horizontal lines may be provided on the sides of the boards and horizontal lines on the cursor. The cursor may consist of two strips fastened top and bottom with or without a spacing member, or may consist of a continuous strip which may pass through slots in the board which limit its travel. The board and cursor may be made from any rigid or semi-rigid material on which it is possible to write, such as a plastic material, or cardboard.
