Diesel fuel ignitability improver - resistant to tropical conditions based on isopropanol nitrate and cyclohexanol nitrate mixtures

Mixtures containing a major proportion of isopropanol nitrate, the content of cyclohexanol nitrate content being pref. 10-30 wt.%. - They are suitable aqs. ignition improves for diesel fuels, esp. for use in tropical conditions where they show great stability and complete safety in handling. The higher resistance to hydrolysis of cyclohexanol nitrate is combined with the greater ease of manufacture esp. under tropical conditions, of isopropanol nitrate.
