The DNa synthesis inhibitor is prepd by suspending humna lymphocytes or cattle spleen cells in water; homogenising; centrifuging then dialysing the supernatant so obtd against distilled water and separating the ppt to recover an aq. extract of the inhibitor. Potential use as immunosuppressive and in cancer treatment.
