Title accelerator is used in the development of colour photographic recording material with a prim. aromatic amine developer (in aq. alkaline soln). It is effective, without causing fogging or colour changes, and is used in a concn. of 0.01-10 (0.1-2) esp. 0.2-0.8g/l soln.
