A high frequency amplifier for use in the cable lead from a central antenna installation, with a directional feedback providing a control cct. for noise matching of an input transistor to the output impedance of the control cct., as well as for power matching of the input to the output impedance of the control cct. to maintain noise matching over a wide frequency range whilst correcting the input impedance for the required power matching.
