Flexible thermal insulated laminate - for upholstery, soft furnishing etc

Esp. for cheap but decorative thermal insulation of walls, windows etc. a central spacer of cellular material i.e. plastic foam or coarse meshed textile is enclosed between two aluminium coated plastic films edge sealed and facing inwards. Outer textile layers are in turn clad with esp. decorative plastic film also edge sealed. The interior may be dried/flushed/filled with air or nitrogen and/or be dessicated by eg. CaCl2 tubular inserts. The material may be suspended or stressed between bars for wall cladding etc.
