Warning light for building sites, road closures etc. composed of battery operated lamps reflected as bundled beams up onto a reflector which emits horizontal light as in 2255619. The reflector is so designed as to adapt the distribution or intensity of the horizontally emitted light bundle to the warning function required. The reflector should form a cone, pyramid or frustrum whose tip points down towards the bottom mounted reflector which supplies it with the light from the battery lamps.
