The coupling bolt is coupled between two cylindrical sleeves. On sleeve is placed in a borehole in one frame element and has two aligned threaded boreholes in its circumference into which can be screwed the threaded section of the bolt. The smooth end section of the bolt is inserted through two similar wall holes in the second sleeve which is likewise located in a borehole in the other frame element. A wedge plate is then inserted down into the bore of the second sleeve to become engaged in the longitudinally aligned slit in the smooth end of the bolt. An alignment plate with flanged projections is interposed between the two frame elements so that the projections becomes engaged in grooves in one element.
