Title cpds. and their maleates, having the formula: where R is thienyl, furyl, pyridyl, naphthyl, cyclohexyl are used at a dosage of 50-400 mg orally 1-5 times daily; 5-100 parenterally once or twice daily; or as suppositories contg. 50-250 mg, once or twice dialy. Prepd. by reaction of acrylic acid chlorides with 1-amino-4-pyrrolidinocarbonylmethylpiperazine.
