The selective instruction evaluation system, for controlling heavy current power distribution networks uses a pulse chain consisting of initial start instructions followed by the instruction program information containing no redundant characters and terminated by a sequence of redundant pulses formed from the instruction information pulses according to the laws of error recognition and error correction codes. The individual intervals between pulses are monitored. The system enables the control receivers and information processors within the network to carry out the transmitted instructions correctly despite the presence of errors.
