Rear-ribbed wide-surface roofing and facing tile - with closed curved central reinforcing rib extending to support rib section level

The tile is designed to prevent curvatures in shape occuring in the course of the drying and firing process especially in large surface area roofing and facing files, with support ribs on the rear side between a suspension fitting, which is shaped on at the top and a support fitting at the bottom. A reinforcing rib is additionally shaped on, between these two fittings, running continuously along the line of a closed curve, and the cross-sectional height of this extends as far as the planes of the cross-sectional heights of the support ribs, which may be on each side of it. The reinforcing rib is pref. elliptical or circular in shape, and there may be an additional one at an interval inside it.
