Metal skeleton structure electric-shock-preventing insulation - with hard rubber shoes providing complete current barrier

The apparatus provides a hundred-per-cent safeguarding against accidents caused by electric shocks resulting from transmission of current in the metal bars in skeleton framework building, using an expansible hard rubber compound, with glass wool or asbestos mixture, to protect both metal bars, or rods, and struts. This can be applied to metal tubes or rods already in use, with no need to provide new ones for the purpose. A hard rubber shoe can be used for earth contact, and lower rows of bars, at least, can be cladded with hard rubber or similar insulating materials. Complete protection from all current transmission is provided.
