Evaporation of medicinal or hygienic products - using disposable dispensing devices in pre-packed form

Process for evaporating inactivating, growth-inhibiting or -activating, health-promoting substances utilizes a free or fixed dispenser for disposable hygienic mass products in set form (e.g. disposalbe toilet seat covers, hand towels, toilet paper etc.). Solid and/or liquid and/or powdery, pasty or gelatinous agents with insectifugal and/or insecticidal, bacteriostatic, bactericidal, perfuming or medicinal activity are incorporated into the interior of the dispenser in such a way that when the dispenser is used (e.g. as when removing toilet paper from a toilet paper dispenser) active substance is released due to automatic actuation of a releasing mechanism. Active substances are automatically released in a discontinuous manner at a frequency corresponding to the frequency of use of the dispenser.
