Implementing for loosening, smoothing and/or levelling soil in embankment building, especially for direct or indirect fitting to machines such as bulldozers, excavator, tractors etc., where the implement consists of a beam type boom (5), which, fitted to a machine, project laterally beyond it. This boom can have a given angle (9) to the plane of travel (10) and/or to the working direction of the machine (1). Specifically, the boom can have a rectangular cross-section and on one side, adjacent to a working face or an embankment (11), it has a conical cutting edge. Alternatively, it can have two, opposite cutting edges.
