Hydroelectric power station turbine plant - incorporates pumps and turbines in circle with common pressure pipe

The hydro-electric power station and/or pump turbine plant has at least two hydraulic turbine or pump groups, fed by respective feeding into a common pressure conduit. The turbines and/or pumps are positioned in a circle. The common pressure conduit leads from above or below into the centre of this ring, and here branches radially into distribution pipes, to the individual units. All hydraulic sealing units and the hydraulic low pressure collection circuits, are also positioned in a circle. The radial distribution pipes are located at different height levels, and branch off, and/or open into the units on different levels.
