摘要
The transistor inverter has the output transformer primary coupled to the output of its push-pull amplifier. The transformer secondary has several tappings and each tapping is connected over a triac or thyristor to the same output terminal, i.e. to the same end of the load. The triacs or thyristors are controlled by a control unit which monitors the supply voltage and regulates the triacs or thyristors in a way which keeps the inverter, overall efficiency constant by switching in the appropriate secondary subwinding, and therefore independent of supply fluctuations. Between the control unit logic and switching amplifier may be incorporated electronic zero voltage switches.
