The power module (1) has a pipe seating (2) for a pipe (3) in which compressed air is passed by the power module. This air passes a one way valve (4), controlled by a cable (5). The compressed air reaches a seating (6) on the container of washing fluid (7). The air pressure forces liquid via a joint (8) and pipe (9) to a valve (11) which directs it to another pipe (12) to another valve (13) which directs fluid to a pipe (14) and sprinkler (15) or a pipe (16) and sprinkler (17). Movement of the valve can shut off washing fluid and introduce clean water via another pipe (18). Operation is automatic.
