The design is for vehicles with electrical drive. The main patent describes a battery change trolley that moves normal to the direction of vehicle motion. With this extension to the design, the change trolley (4) can be turned about a vertical axis and the trolley has a device to align it with the electric vehicle, at different heights. Pivoting the trolley enables new batteries to be installed from a battery bay or loading position (5). The battery trolley has side fitting wheels or rollers (41) with axles on the same line as the turning axis of the trolley. An external pivot wheel (35) is used to turn and move the trolley. The centre of gravity of the trolley is between the pivoting axis and the external pivot wheel.
