The base plate (1) is fitted with a further layer consisting of a concussion wave resistant plate (2). The plate carries numerous recesses (3) filled with explosive charges (5). - The explosive charges can extend up to the outer surface (6) of the wave resistant plate, or the explosive charge filled recess can be closed up by a lid made of a material conducting well the percussion waves. The base plate is made of a tough steel or aluminium and the damping plate is of a material having high percussion wave absorption qualities with diverse wave impedances. This effect can be also achieved by arranging numerous air gaps between the zones of the recesses.
