A fixing device for use between a constructional article and a partition or wall is constructed such that the screw head side of the constructional member has an eccentric bore around the screw hole bore and a safety device which is attached to and surrounds the screw or bolt head. The safety device keep into sections cutout of the constructional member by means of its projecting nose piece and locks the screw or bolt into position thus preventing any rotation which would lead to the loosening of the constructional member and partition wall.
