The flat pack cassette for self-processing film packs has the packs pressed towards the exit slot (3a) by a flat plate (4). A metal foil spring (6) is set between this plate and a second (5) to provide an even pressure. The film when exposed, is pulled out of the exit slot at the bottom of the pack while processed frames are stored in a second slot (3b) behind the second plate. Insertion of processed plates presses the second plate towards the first and ensures that an even pressure is maintained up to the last film pack. The whole pack is simple to produce and also solves the problem of storage space for the prints.
