Inside a housing, an inner cylinder is eccentrically arranged in a hollow cylinder. One cylinder has a radial plunger, which divides the inner chamber resulting from the eccentricity into working chambers. The two cylinders can turn about their figure axis and the cylinder axes are spatially fixed. The inner cylinder can roll away in the hollow cylinder and only one of the two cylinders can be driven from outside. This driver cylinder takes the other with it by friction. The hollow cylinder has a number of peripherally distributed gas outlet valves. The radial slides have cut-outs which allow a connection between the inside of the inner cylinder and the working chambers at corresponding positions.
