Antidote for organo-phosphorus pesticide poisoning - contains atropine sulphate, ethylbenztropine, obidoxime chloride and ephedrine

Curative antidote for organophosphours pesticide poisoning contains as active constituents 1-6mg of atropine sulphate, 5-12mg of ethylbenztropine, 100-250mg of obidoxime chloride and 5-15mg of ephedrine. Antidote antagonises the action of organophosphorus pesticides on peripheral and central, cholinergic biochemical systems. They unblock peripheral myoneural structures. A typical compsn. for treating slight or initial stages of poisoning contains 1mg of atropine sulphate, 5mg of ethylbenztropine hydrochloride, 100mg of obidoxime chloride and 5mg of ephedrine in 1.5-2ml for i.m. injection.
