PURPOSE:To remove the adverse effect of the resonance frequency by thickness bending spurious oscillation on the temperature characteristics, by selecting the thickness to the value far from the thickness bending spurious oscillation. Around the side ratio 0.87 most suited to actual use, the resonance frequency of thickness bending oscillation is made apart from HF(frequency 0 position taking reference about 780 KHz) and LF(position of solid lines) for the thickness of 130mum, and excellent temperature characteristics can be obtained.
