PURPOSE:To provide a system for being capable of efficiently excavating and carrying out a great volume of rock, earth and sand, minerals and the like, and also for enabling an enoughly highly efficient and a great volume of works by means of a boom which is shorter, simpler and lighter than that of conventional drag lines, and by the use of a winding-up rope. CONSTITUTION:In coal beds 49 to 51, a convention drag line 1, a drag line with a hopper 100 and so on are installed and a coal face conveyer 55, a relay conveyor 127 and the like are also located. Firstly, excavation is made after boring and blasting a No.1 hanging wall, and excavated objects are loaded onto the coal face conveyor 55 through the relay conveyor 127 by means of the drag line with hopper. The excavated objects are carried to the rear of a mining area through a No.2 conveyor 56 and a digging trace conveyor 57 through the working of a stacker 58.
