The gas transport laser has the holders (27) for its reflection and coupling-out mirrors made of metal and insulated by ceramic tubes (33) from the metal tube holder (20) holding the lasing tube. The advantage lies in maintaining the positions of the mirrors whilst providing adequate the electrical insulation. One end (25) of 4 lasing tubes (11, 11') may be slidably fixed via couplings (24) to the metal tube holder (20). The other ends are connected to the mirror holders.
