The baby carrier can be worn on the back or on the chest and consists of two pockets one of which forms a seat inside the second pocket. That part forming the seat incorporates sides fixed by means of parallel rows of stitching which can be undone to fit the baby's size. The outer, protective pocket has an adjustable strap at the top, which is slide-mounted through a loop. The strap has a number of darts in it which can be unstitched to suit the size of the opening for the baby's head.
