The invention relates to an apparatus for the phytosanitary treatment of trees with high stems and in particular those of tropical regions, such as palms, date palms, coconut palms or others. This apparatus is characterized in that it consists of a movable frame 1 supporting at least one lance 7, 16, 19 which, on the one hand, is of adjustable length and, on the other hand, is mounted movably between a transport position, in which it is folded and substantially horizontal and an operational position in which it is deployed and forms an adjustable angle with the horizontal, the lance being, moreover, carried by the frame by means of a support 8 which is itself mounted to be movable in rotation on this frame 1 about a vertical axis along different azimuths.
