PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of metal on the inner wall of converter without damaging the refractory material of the converter by melting, by jetting inactive gas containing a specific amount of oxygen from the tuyere at the time of inclining converter in tapping time. CONSTITUTION:Sticking of metal on the inner wall of lower opening of converter, is able to repress by using inactive gas containing oxygen of 15-30% as blowing gas at tapping time. Also, removing amount of sticked metal by melting is able to adjust by changing the content of oxygen in blowing gas in the above extent according to the thickness of sticked metal.
