PREVENTING DEFACEMENT OF CABINET OF SHOT BLASTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To protect the internal surface of a shot blasting cabinet from defacement by lining the internal surface of the cabinet with magnetic sheets to attract the shots and form a protective layer of the shots over the surface of the magnetic sheets. CONSTITUTION:The internal surface of a shot blasting cabinet 14 is lined with magnetic sheets made of a substrate such as rubber or plastic. The thickness of the protective layer 8 of shots 3 attracted over the surface of the magnetic sheets 7 can be optionally determined by properly selecting the magnetic attraction of the magnetic sheets 7. The protective layer 8 of the shots 3 protects the magnetic sheets 7 (liner), the cabinet 4 and packing 5 from abrasion and defacement and prevents shot leakage so that the operating period is extended eliminating frequent maintenance work and improving the rate of operation.
