THE USE OF AN AQUATIC POLYBUTADIAN DISPERSION AS AN ADHESIVE MEDIATE LAYER IN THE PREPARATION OF POLYAMIDE COATING BY THE MELT COATING METHOD

An aqueous polybutadiene dispersion is applied as the adhesive intermediary layer in the preparation of polyamide coatings on metal objects by a process of sintering the polyamide powders. The dispersion contains a liquid polybutadiene with a dynamic viscosity from about 70 to 30,000 millipascal seconds and with a configuration of 40 to 95% of cis-1,4-polybutadiene, 0 to 30% of trans-1,4-polybutadiene, 1 to 60% of 1,2-polybutadiene and, referred to the polybutadiene, 0.5 to 10% by weight of an emulsifier.
