The binary combination circuit uses cosine units to couple two binary input signals to an output unit using the principle of the filler integrator. In one circuit arrangement, a pair of transistor stages (Te) are connected in parallel with a threshold stage, with a transistor (Tz) and a Zener diode (Z). - The emitter circuit of the threshold stage transistor has a variable resistor (R) used as a voltage divider, with the tapping point coupled to two transistors (T1, T2) connected as a filter integrator with a rectified output passing to the output terminal (A). The input stage may perform an AND or an OR gate function. The output circuit is supplied by 12V d.c. (U). In another embodiment, four transistors, two being npn and two being pnp types.
