The D/A converter changes the digital information held in a counter (21) into corresponding analogue information and employs a second counter (22) controlled by clock pulses and counting in the same sense. Both counters (Z1, Z2) are coupled to a comparator (k), the output of which is coupled to one input (1) of a bistable circuit (BK). The other input (S) of the latter is supplied with a signal provided when the second counter (Z2) reaches a given value e.g. zero count. - The output of the bistable circuit (BK) is supplied to an integration stage (I) which provides the circuit output. A transistor switch (Sch) is inserted between the bistable circuit (BK) and the integration stage (I) supplied with further analogue information (Uref) for combining the latter with the digital input information.
