Tangential thread cutting head chaser adjustment - uses meter with foot on adjustment surface, and stop surface for chaser holder location

The device for the adjustment of a chaser in its holder in tangential thread cutting heads, and involves a meter the foot of which is located on an adjustment surface, and a stop surface on which the chaser holder is placed. The adjustment surface (31) is firmly located on the adjustment device (12), and leaves free a part of the face side of the foot (19) of the meter (23). The adjustment device is a one-piece plate and has an upper-rectangular recess (26), with a hole (24) running parallel to its lengthways direction.
