In parent patent, baked wafers which have not been hardened, are taken by a conveyor to a wrapping roller which runs at a lower velocity and forms the wafers to a partly rolled-up shape. In this addn., a wrapping conveyor belt is arranged parallel to the belt conveyor and runs at a lower velocity. The partly rolled-up pastry wafers are thereby formed to complete rolls. - This produces complete rolls without any manual labour.
