Hydraulic binder contg. tempered pozzolan - with controlled particle size distribution and density, and which promotes good crushing and bending strengths

Hydraulic binder consists of =1 marganic binder and =1 tempered pozzulen pref phonolite powder with a grain size distribution of 0.25 mm: 100wt%; 0.09 mm:98%; 0.063mm: 96% 0.032mm: 80% 0.02mm:60%. The binder can contain portland cement and/or lime. Pref. the tempered phonolite has a density of 2.56-2.63, 2.63. 2.6-2.62) and a tempering loss of 3-7wt%. The mixed binder can be mixed with other cements to give improved water-tightness, elasticity and resistance to chemical attack. Shrinkage is reduced.
