Gas cooking ring disconnecting safety control system - detects overflow water in cooking ring grooves energising gas disconnecting relay

The disconnecting control system is used for a gas fired heating element of a domestic cooker. This control system prevents gas losses and accidents by draining any accidentally split water on its surface. The cooking ring (2) bottom is inclined relative to horizontal surface. This plate has spiral grooves and heating elements connected to an energy source. The accidentally split or overflow water is drained through an opening (3) lower end of the continuous groove. A water detector is fitted below the draining opening (3) for collecting draining water. It has electrical contactors connected in the presence of water and a relay is actuated and the heating element is disconnected from gas supply.
